George Hurrell, who is a famous photographer in Hollywood, claims that Ann Sheridan's shoulders are photographically perfect and he cautioned Ann to keep them so. Now her daily exercise routine includes two simple movements:
She bends her arms shoulder high, making fingertips touch. She then presses her fingertips together forcibly, relaxes, and presses them again always keeping her elbows and chin held high. She swings both arms at the same time in a complete, wide circle, clockwise first, then counterclockwise.
When finished with her exercising she sprays ice cold water over her chest and shoulders using a faucet tube. This astringent firms her chest and shoulders and contours and refines the skin texture.
